Who we're looking for
High quality lawyers with experience from a top international or regional practice in a common-law jurisdiction are sought for this excellent role. You will be required to do a mix of mainstream corporate work, including M&A and Joint Venture deals as well as Investment funds formation. You will have a can do attitude, be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and have a commercial and client facing attitude.
