A Corporate Lawyer is required for one of the top firms in the Bermuda. My client's corporate team advises on all forms of corporate transaction, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, listings (including AIM and CISX), corporate restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, private as well as bank financing and all aspects of captive and other insurance business.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a middle to senior level Corporate Lawyer with a broad knowledge base of corporate law. Experience in banking and reinsurance law would be useful, although not essential. Those who have had previous offshore experience are particularly welcome to apply. Candidates should also have good communication skills, work well whilst under pressure and enjoy a real challenge.
