Our client has a real interest in, and commitment to, the social enterprise sector. Our client co-wrote the Social Enterprise Coalition's guide to legal forms for social enterprises, Keeping it Legal, which is now in its second edition. They were also heavily involved in the inception of the community interest company, or CIC, structure, and assisted the CIC Regulator with the drafting of the model CIC constitutions.
Who we're looking for
If you are a qualified Solicitor and are keen to pursue a career in the above area, then our client would like to hear from you. Experience is an advantage but not essential.
