Leading a team of 10, the successful candidate will Head up the Human Resources division of this well known Financial Services organisation in Birmingham. They will work closely with the Senior Leadership team, covering the whole Generalist HR remit. They will take an active role in the recruitment of Senior Professionals which will be a big focus at a time of growth and change. They will lead and motivate their team to ensure an excellent service is delivered and the organisation is supported through this period of change.
Who we're looking for
A credible HR Professional with CIPD and of Degree Calibre, you will have a proven track record from large blue chip organisations. You will be be a strong influencer and possess the gravitas to lead change and work at a senior level. With a Generalist background you will also be strong at recruitment, and will have recruited up to Senior Management level. Previous experience from within Financial Services would be advantageous but not essential if you have worked with a large, commercial blue chip environment.
