Working for one of the fastest growing retailers in the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with over 6500 staff across the UK. The challenging yet rewarding role will involve working on a regional basis covering Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, and Lancashire. Your responsibilities will extend to managing a HR Advisor, and working closely with the divisional MD and operational managers.
You will be involved in many high profile projects such as TUPE, restructures, bid developments, and other quality elements such as Reward, talent management, and learning.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is capable of working on a regional basis, who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, and has the experience to deal with complex situations. It would be beneficial if you are CIPD qualified, and have exposure to TUPE, restructures, building a team, and a rounded HR background.
