This role will involve working with a wide corporate and institutional client base, focusing in the UK and internationally. The role will involve mergers and acquisitions, IPO's, corporate organisations, private equity transactions and joint ventures.

Our client is looking for qualified solicitors who have worked in any area of Corporate Law. You should have strong technically and academically as well as being a keen team player.
