Ashton Morton Slack is looking to recruit a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to take a leading role in their Property department. The successful applicant will have relevant experience in Commercial Property and will act on a range of Property matters. Key responsibilities will be developing and marketing the department and the candidate will manage a small team including a newly qualified Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor and two Legal Secretaries. Partners with a following will be considered.

Who we're looking for
The candidate will come from a leading regional or national firm and will be responsible for a full case load of complex cases with a high fee income. You will have an ability to retain business from referred sources and be able to generate referrals. In this exciting role you will work alongside the Partner and be responsible for development and management of the strategy of the department and will liaise closely with the Company Commercial and Litigation Departments. You will be responsible for the marketing of the department and you will attend outside networking events and courses in relation to Commercial Property. This post is ideally suited to a gregarious, hardworking and ambitious Solicitor.
