This role will involve providing a full corporate and commercial service, especially in terms of specialist IT and intellectual property advice. The client base is widespread covering Europe and the US.
The department also provides a full banking and finance service.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for candidates with good corporate/commercial or property experience from within a respected firm. You should have a good level of academic achievement and a proactive approach to technical development.
