This role is based in Newcastle and will involve working on a wide range of corporate transactions which covers public and private company mergers and acquisitions, all aspects of corporate law regulatory work, business start-ups, share and business sales and purchases, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a Solicitor from either a city or regional firm, who is academically strong. Candidates should be motivated and have the ability to take responsibility and manage projects with minimal supervision.
