You will assist a partner who is regarded as one of the heavyweights on the south coast and work on your own matters for a range of well regarded national clients and regional clients located in the South Coast area.
As a solicitor in the corporate department you will be required to work on all corporate matters to include mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructuring and management buy ins and buy outs. You may also be required to work on some commercial matters.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with experience of dealing with all corporate matters and ideally will have some experience of dealing with commercial matters.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates who can work without supervision. They will look at candidates with less experience and who require supervision on the basis that they are currently working within a well regarded regional corporate department.
