The role has responsibility for all operations which deliver the services underpinning the growth of the firm. You will be responsible for the management of all fee earners with a focus on productivity, training and development, retention strategy and motivation. Business Development will also be a key aspect of the role as will working as part of the Management Team, in particular with the Chief Executive contributing to and influencing the commercial strategy of the company.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a Partner, most likely have a claimant background and experience of managing large teams with responsibility for retention strategy, redundancies, productivity etc. You will be genuinely excited by the opportunity to get involved in the management of a business as opposed to the focus being on fee earning and will enjoy the challenge of business development and being client focused. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships both internally and externally are a must.
