The Easy Living Furniture store in Cheltenham, opened last year and we are looking for a hands on retailer to join them as their store Manager. Managing a small team of 4 consultants, this is a hands on role that will allow you to maintain a high level of contact with your customers on a one to one basis. We are happy to consider both existing store managers or strong supervisors or assistant managers looking for their next career step.
Who we're looking for
If you have a flair for selling and an appreciation of quality, and don't want to work for an ordinary company, then keep reading!
The ideal candidate will have:
• Retail management experience within a sales focused environment
• A desire to work with great quality products in an environment where customer interaction is key
• Previous experience with furniture would be advantageous, however other retail backgrounds will be considered
• An engaging personality and be able to interact well with customers
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate a team of staff and deliver exceptional customer service
