Working as part of the Reward Team, the role will encompass the whole range of compensation and benefits issues across the group. The role will include a mix of day to day tasks and longer term project work.
Your key accountabilities will be:-
• Providing advice and guidance to the HR community and line management on compensation and benefits issues.
• Collation of a database of global reward programmes.
• Administration of risk benefits.
• Input to salary surveys, including job matching and data input.
• Supporting the annual flexible benefits enrolment.
• Identification and development of new reward programmes in the UK and on an international basis in line with group reward strategy.
• Management or contribution to reward projects, for example international mobility and development of international long term incentives.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with solid compensation and benefits skill set. This needs to include experience of salary surveys and of flexible benefits. Strong presentation skills need to be combined with an ability to work in a fast moving environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
