This role involves advising main contractors, suppliers, funders, developers and Local Authorities on all aspects of non-contentious construction matters. These areas include transaction and procurement advice, contract negotiation, arbitration, injunctions and adjudication.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a solicitor to work as part on its Construction (non-contentious) team. Applications from contentious solicitors will also be considered.
