Senior Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the existing surveying department and will look after projects valued up to £10m. You will also have commercial control of subcontract packages, prepare final accounts and bill of quantities, manage the P&L of projects and control subcontractor and materials orders.

Who we're looking for
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have obtained the relevant QS qualifications, have dealt with projects that range in value up to £10m, have a strong commercial awareness and have the ability to lead and communicate effectively with staff and client. A background in enveloping works including glass fibres will be beneficial. You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
