UNITE are looking for a high calibre individual with good commercial experience to deliver great support to this high profile fast growing student accommodation business.
As part of the UK Property Finance team this role will support Scotland's Property team in managing around a £50m annual development expenditure programme. Key activities will include the management and arrangement of debt finance, investment decision making, cash flow management and reporting of key business measures.

Who we're looking for
As a qualified accountant you will have commercial exposure within a fast paced, high change organisation, with experience of working in a small team across multiple disciplines. With a broad breadth of financial experience, you will have highly developed written and communication skills and be comfortable dealing with senior managers. You must have experience in an analytical role, with attention to detail and a high level of professional discipline. It is also essential that you are highly numerate and IT literate with well developed Excel and database skills.
