The main duties of the role will be the commercial management of Procure 21 Construction Projects mostly within the Healthcare sector.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have either a PFI, LIFTco or Procure 21backgroundand you will be responsible for the the commercial aspect of the construction project. The main responsibilities of the role include ;
• Management of the Cost Planning and Commercial aspects of the project.
• Develop the surveying resource facility
• Manage the contractual risk in project delivery through the formal integration of contact documentation.
• Manage disputes and the commercial strategy.
• Capable of leading and developing teams.
