This role will be part of the Commercial Team and will involve drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, advising on data protection and regulatory issues, and advising on proposed commercial transactions.

Who we're looking for
Our client will consider solicitors who have had comprehensive exposure to a wide spectrum of commercial work, including ITC , media, IP and commercial transactions.
