The Litigation department of our client is looking for a solicitor to join its well established and busy Construction and Engineering team. The team comprises three partners, one Director, one associate and three solicitors. The role will primarily cover adjudication but also mediation, litigation and arbitration and you will acquire knowledge of various dispute resolution procedures. You will also act as part of teams dealing with larger and more complex disputes.
Who we're looking for
Our client seeks solicitors with construction skills gained during a training contract within a City or regional firm, and the desire and aptitude to undertake a wide range of challenging and varied work. Applicants should be commercially aware and technically proficient.
There will be direct client contact from day one and the ability to communicate with clients, experts and counsel and excellent service delivery is essential. An interest in business development would be advantageous.
