This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Associate looking to make the step up to Partnership or an existing Partner to run an Insolvency department. The firm is looking to grow the Insolvency team therefore existing contacts are required in the market and a team move would be considered.
Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor who comes from a strong regional practice. As this is effectively a start up, contacts in the market are essential. You will work closely with the Commercial Litigation team to start up the team but the firm are looking for a Solicitor who can handle a contentious and non contentious caseload.
