Management Accountant

A fantastic opportunity for an individual to progress their career in an environment that will enable them to develop and improve their current skill set. You will work very closely with the Finance Director, Fundraising Director and the team managing the global development of the Award and you will therefore have great opportunity to broaden and deepen your accounting skills.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Produce the management accounts and business plans for the organisation and it's operating divisions

• Working with the Chief Executive and Finance Director in the review of budgets, plans and management information

• Supporting the Finance Director on numerous projects

• Communicating very closely with non-finance people

• Working on ad hoc projects where a reporting and analytical mind set will be needed

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be part-qualified who is looking to develop and gain on their management accounting experience.

• Personality is key in this role and so individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, organised and with excellent communication skills are a must.

• Talents such as being able to communicate with financial and non financial people is a very important aspect of this job.

• Besides the communication skills we are looking for a person who has an excellent knowledge of Management Accounts and is able produce accurate accounts and reports.
