Interim Talent Manager

Temp ⁄ £400 per day (£70k)

As the Interim Talent Manager for this luxury retail brand you will be responsible for articulating and implementing the strategy to ensure an effective and efficient Talent Management service is provided. Working in London but with some international travel you will ensure that your partner companies have a common agenda and are able to source talent for the future. you will build relationships with universities, identify sources for potential future management and design development plans to create a constant flow of commercial and adaptable professionals.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a background of achievement in a talent role. You will;
• Have worked in a Talent Management role for an international brand
• Have developed and articulated Talent strategies
• Be commercial in your outlook
• Be able to develop relationships both internal and external
• Be based in or near to London, and be willing to travel internationally
• Be available at short notice and be available for a 12 month position
• Ideally you will have retail experience
