Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance lawyer to join and take the lead on key Corporate transactions. There are opportunities for career development.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor who can take the leading role on a range of Corporate transactions such as MBO, Acquisitions and Disposals. You will manage relationships with key clients and supervise junior lawyers in the team.
