Working as the lead operational HR Manager for the largest division of the business your primary responsibility will be to support the regional business units on a wide variety of HR issues.
As well as supporting the regional operations units you will be involved with contract consultation and will be responsible for all TUPE transfers across your business units.
Strong consultation skills as well as the ability to role your sleeves up when required are essential for this role due to the nature and pace of the business you're supporting.
Due to the current and projected growth of the business change management skills and flexibility are a must, and working knowledge of external stakeholder management would be useful.
Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Strong generalist HR skills
• Strong working knowledge of TUPE transfers.
