As Head of Real Estate you will be responsible for a large portfolio of properties on behalf of the client acting as the in-house consultant.
Your role will be varied and essentially you will act as Transaction Manager responsible for acquisition and disposal of large numbers of properties for this major international client. As a result of potential acquisitions and disposals you will also be a very competent project manager overseeing the refurb/ fit out of commercial properties.
Who we're looking for
You will be degree qualified with an additional qualification like an MBA. Ideally, you will have worked for a major technology, banking or international service industry where you have had real estate management responsibility. For this role, you must have had EMEA Real Estate exposure and be financially acute.
