To generate income / profit by maximising personal sales from a portfolio of the banks UK commercial banking (UKCB)customers. Achieving / exceeding individual sales performance and referral targets through providing Top Box Service, whilst adhering to the Retail Bank's standard service and sales processes. Adherence to internal and external regulatory, operational, compliance, credit and key control systems and procedures.
Who we're looking for
• Experience in dealing with a wide range of people in a customer service / relationship management / retail environment
• Evidence of effective communication skills
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team to adapt to new situations and to use initiative
• Time management and planning / organising skills
• Ability to encourage and motivate yourself and others
• An understanding of the Bank's personal product range, particularly with respect to the UKCB market
• An understanding of the Bank's credit policy, systems and procedures
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Regularly review performance, and agree PDP, with line report.
About our client
A leading UK bank with a broad financial services offering across corporate, retail and private banking. They have a national footprint across private banking which they are looking to develop and improve by continuing to bring on top calibre relationship builders and private bankers. These positions will be based in Basingstoke, Reading, Slough and also Portsmouth.
