Role specific responsibilities:
The role holder will have responsibility for designing the sourcing and attraction plans and the delivery of external candidates for agreed functional areas. In detail you will:
• Develop/Implement the senior and specialist resourcing strategy for specific functional areas.
• Manage external multi-channel attraction and monitor internal and external sourcing arrangements.
• Successfully deliver high quality candidates reducing time to hire and cost per hire.
• Budget management responsibility for individual vacancies.
• Manage recruitment advertising and suppliers to provide best results and return.
• Work with business and HR stakeholders to build in depth knowledge of functional areas.
• Work with the talent team to keep abreast of talent gaps and in building a pipeline of candidates.
• Identify trends in the internal or external marketplace which will help shape and inform the design, development and implementation of resourcing products and services.
• Provide end to end relationship managed resourcing service.
• Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to achieve common goals and to share knowledge and best practice.
• Manage interview/assessment arrangements and feedback for external candidates via the business.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• Extensive recruitment and sourcing experience (including multi-channel attraction methods).
• Experience of managing stakeholders at senior level.
• Experience in Cost Management.
• Experience of working in-house managing junior to mid level recruitment in a professional environment
• Strong Consultancy skills.
• Experience of recruitment markets and dynamics.
• Strong delivery orientation.
• Experience of working with candidate management systems.
