This role offers the very real chance to join as a partner or a partner designate and does offer flexibility on working hours for the ideal candidate.
You will deal with a range of commercial property matters but the focus of the role will be property development with an emphasis in housing generally and particularly the English housing association / registered social landlord market.
The Thames Valley Commercial Property team consists of a team of 2 partners and 10 lawyers, plus support staff.
Who we're looking for
You will be a commercial property solicitor looking for a private practice role in The Thames Valley.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge / extensive experience in property development with an emphasis in housing generally and particularly the English housing association / registered social landlord market.
A following in this market would be an advantage.
