Insurance (motor) Legal Assistant

You will join the Insurance Team within our client's Insurance & Regulatory practice area in Thames Valley and work on small and fast track cases, primarily defendant work for Motor property damage claims, including recovery of insurers outlay in some cases. There will be some small PI claims work as part of the role. Clients you can expect to work with will include major insurers.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be from an insurance background and they will need to have some litigation experience in order to understand the court procedures in dealing with litigated claims. Dealing with motor claims and personal injury claims would be a bonus.
You must have good communication skills (written and telephone), good IT skills and a tactical mind.
