The role is unusual in that our client requires a tax & pension specialist, not necessarily from a legal background, they would be happy to hear from candidates who have worked with multinational organisationsand who have gained extensive Tax & Pension experience. Experienced candidates from within the legal sector would also be considered.
You will provide a pivotal support role to the Employment Partner.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a solicitor or tax & pension specialist who possesses specialist experience in pension drafting, final salary pensions (public & private sector), pensions due diligence. Tax experience will include a good knowledge in employee tax, pension tax, employee benefits and taxation and share scheme taxation.
