The Land Director will have to identify and acquire development sites across west and north London in order for land targets to be met and for working closely with the Managing Director in order to ensure that maximum contribution is achieved from all land purchases.
Who we're looking for
The successful land director will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing sufficient land/sites for residential development, on the most cost effective basis, and for working closely with the planning team to support the Company's strategic objectives and hence to achieve and maintain an appropriate land bank. Sites may be both Brown and Greenfield, and City Developments.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Land Identification
2. Land Appraisal
3. Land Acquisition
4. Ensure familiarity with the groups Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.
5. At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
6. Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation's goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

What's on offer
Depending on experience basic salary is up to £80,000 plus benefits
