Working as Sales Support you will be responsible to maintain communication with the Sales team and keep them up to date with information that is relevant to their Clients.In addition to this you will need maintain and develop your knowledge of products offered, as well as what competitors are offering in the market place.
You will also need to respond promptly and efficiently to any customer enquiries making sure that the highest of customer service is kept.
