Reporting into the HR Director this role is an excellent opportunity for this Senior HR professional to work in Partnership with the Directors and relevant HR colleagues in the business.This is a strategic and operationally based HR role where the Senior HR Business Partner will identify key implications of the people agenda aligning this to the commercial strategy of the organisation. Culturally our client is going through a total change strategy within the entire group. Therefore this role demands an individual who is strong on Change initiatives, able to influence organisational change, employee engagement and clearly deliver in this customer centric organisation. This role is based in Milton Keynes with travel in the UK.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for ideally a graduate calibre HR professional with a strong track record as a generalistwho has worked at a senior level within a large matrix organisation. Ideally with exposure to influencing HR strategy, has a strong commercial and business acumen influencing and working at board level. Are you a Pragmatic HR professional with a can do approach to HR able to influence at board level? Our client is seeking a Senior HR Professional who is looking for a career in an organisation that can offer growth and change. Ideally candidates from Logistics, Manufacturing and Business Services would be preferred.
