Reporting in to the HR Consultancy Operations Manager your key accountabilities will be to:-
• To define and managed the delivery of specific projects on behalf of clients.
• To act as account manager to smaller clients.
• To deliver projects and HR Services to clients.
• To develop potential and existing clients.
• To manage and develop project teams and consultants.
• To undertake continuous professional development.

Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong HR Generalist skill set. You must be CIPD Qualified and be happy to work on a project basis. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally .
