Customer Service Contact Centre Manager

You will lead n the development and implementation of a new 24 hour Customer Service Contact Centre for our client. You will develop service specifications, key processes and a culture that is relentlessly focused on delivering and excellent customer experience.

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, ideally not just running the service but also developing and setting it up. Your passion for customer service that will prove to us that you are the right person for the job.

About our client
Our client has ambitious and radical regeneration programme ideas to regenerate the council homes in Glasgow.
