Based in BarnwoodChief Office, you will be responsible for the end to end experience provided on line to meet customer needs. Additionally you will be responsible for continuous improvement to online sales conversion rates through all Internet sources and achieving a mix of product sales to deliver profit targets.
Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have a working knowledge of designing customer centric web copy and a general understanding of ecommerce marketing strategy. Additionally you will have an understanding of creating and delivering market leading customer service within an online retail environment.
