Focusing on making strategic investments in buyout, development capital and mezzanine partnerships, my client has a growing presence in the European Private Equity market investing in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain in particular but also increasingly in Eastern Europe and the Nordic region. Working in London you will be responsible for assisting the Directors with originating and executing deals and developing relationships with investment targets and other players in the sector.
Who we're looking for
You will either be a senior analyst or junior associate working in a bulge bracket investment bank. You must have a strong track record of working on completed deals with experience of working on leveraged buyouts being especially important. Experience could have been gained within an M&A, Leveraged Finance or Financial Sponsors group. In addition to speaking English fluently, you will speak at least one other European language fluently with French being especially desirable.
