Our Client seeks to recruit Corporate Lawyers of all levels for their successful team in the Gatwick area. This is an exciting and challenging role at a well regarded Legal 100 practice in Sussex. You will work with a Partner and provide substantial support for transactions up to £10m. In larger transactions you will be expected to work within a larger team. You will also support the Group's commercial practice, for example, drafting commercial contracts.

Who we're looking for
Corporate solicitors who are able to demonstrate:
• Participation in acquisition/disposal transactions.
•Good understanding of the Companies Act 1985 and 2006 and the ability to demonstrate specific transaction experience.
• Enthusiasm for transaction work and commitment to client satisfaction .
• Experience in shareholder/investment/joint venture agreements, partnership issues, company start-ups and banking work is desirable.
• Good technical contract skills.
• A commercial approach to advice and negotiations.
• A willingness to contribute to business development.
