As a result of internal promotion this fantastic position has opened up for an aspiring managing surveyor to join a leading project & cost consultancy in London. You will be strategically reporting to the Director of Commercial/ Residential team, as well as to the current Associate Director on a day to day basis and you can expect to be involved in both commercial, residential and mixed use projects predominantly ata pre-contract stage. The residential projects will include a variety of luxury and mid level projects. There isthe opportunity to be involved inprojects based in the Middle East as well.
Who we're looking for
This exciting role will be suit someone who is either looking to take the next step from managing surveyor to associate director role or is currently in an associate director role at the moment. You will have the ability to manage and lead others.
You will have significant M & Eexpertise within luxury residential, as well as commercial environments. You should be very comfortable in customer facing roles and ideally have a number of contacts you can bring to my clients business for future business development opportunities.
RICS chartership is beneficial but not essential. Significant M & E skills within the sectors above and client facing skills are key.
