One of the worlds strongest technology brands based within the Southern Home Counties has a years interim requirement with the potential to go permanent as a Performance Trainer to cover both Uk and EMEA operations.
Who we're looking for
You will have proven experience as a soft skills trainer and with strong communication skills, partner with the local HR teams and the business to assess employee development needs and make recommendations for appropriate training solutions.You will source and partner with external, local vendors to provide supplemental training programs as needed. Working with corporate Head Office, you will manage the relationship and handle customisation of materials as required to meet the needs of the intended audience and the business. A strong trainer, you will deliver programmes to classes of c25 across EMEA on a frequent basis yet, be a hands on team player who is also happy to be involved in all aspects of co-ordination .Working with the Employee Development team at the global Head Office you will provide consistent employee development experiences and communication using new innovative methods. Ideally you will be from a technology background, due to the sector of our client however this is not essential.
