The HR Generalist at this Financial Services Organisation based in the City will be supporting the Head of HR in all HR related activities including:
• Recruitment
• New starters
• All HR Administration
• First point of contact for all employee queries
• Managing theoutsourced Payroll
• Managing the pensions providers and share awards
• Ad hoc project work as required
Who we're looking for
A seasoned HR generalist who is/has:
• Strong Employment Law knowledge
• Good recruitment experience
• Payroll experience
• Compensation and Benefits exposure
• Knowledge of Inland Revenue requirements
• Asset/Fund Management background (essential)
