Role description
You will develop and coordinate the implementation of a communications and engagement plan on sustainability. You will play an integral role in engaging stakeholders on the bank's sustainability strategy and response to the need for environmental protection. This will include both the development of strategy and the implementation of an environment and climate change engagement programme.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop a sustainability communications and engagement plan for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate the implementation of the sustainability communications and engagement plan
• Establish success measures for the engagement strategy, both qualitative and quantitative
• Provide consultancy to all areas of sustainability in the business
• Contribute to the ongoing design of the environment engagement action plan
• Implement the environment engagement action plan
• Provide change management support including reviews of organisational and cultural issues
• Establish and manage the environment related elements of the employee volunteering programme

Who we're looking for
Key skills:
• Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to deliver an action plan on time and to budget
• Ability to develop effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• A passion to make a difference to environmental environmental protection
• Strong problem identification and solving skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills
• Knowledge of the sustainability and environmental agenda both at an international and local level
• Knowledge of how to get things done in a matrix-based management structure
• Ideally, you will have implemented an environment engagement plan previously
