As HR Manager for one of the divisions, you will play a key role in ensuring delivery of HR strategy. Reporting into the HR Director, you will get involved in working with key stakeholders to help drive delivery of initiatives such as talent planning, organisational design and specialist resourcing. You will work with the wider HR population on group wide initiatives and have the opportunity to share best practice. This is a great learning ground to understand cutting edge HR and thus is an excellent opportunity for the right person.
Who we're looking for
Degree educated, you will be a generalist with experience across all areas of HR. You will have likely worked on a number of HR projects and have demonstrated the link between HR and the business. With the ability to work across all levels of the organisation, you will be a self-starter and comfortable driving HR delivery.
