As Financial Controller you will be responsible for the set up and development of the financial reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate financial and management information at all times. Ensuring robust and rigorous business processes are in place so that management decisions are based on sound economic analysis thereby safeguarding all intellectual and financial assets.
Trough driving operational efficiency, challenging existing practices and implementing change this role will offer the successful candidates a steep learning curve combined with tremendous scope for career development, not least this role will demand a hands on approach applied with the tenacity and rive of a future Finance Director.
Who we're looking for
Are you a motivated self starter? Do you enjoy interaction with people. finance and non-finance alike? Do you have a demonstrable track record of working autonomously whilst also working as part of a team? Have you worked within an environment which embraces change? An environment whose change is driven by rapid growth and expansion?
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with ideally a broad background within the service sector industry. With the gravitas to communicate with all levels of management you will be constructive, facilitating ad unyielding in your approach to encouraging company growth.
