Our client is looking for a Solicitor to handle a caseload of Corporate matters. The client base includes predominately owner managed businesses and you will deal with buying and selling of business, any share and partnership issues. The role will involve dealing with clients, some business development and supervision of junior team members. Partnership prospects are available to the right candidate.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor who has previously handled a range of Company/Corporate matters. You must be a good team player with the ability to take a lead approach in winning business and dealing with existing clients.

About our client
Our client is a medium sized law firm with various offices throughout the North East. The firm currently has 15 Partners
