This firm has an unrivalled reputation in the Manchester market for Licensing law. You will be exposed to the full range of licensing work on behalf of involving a nationwide awareness and understanding of local, political and policy decisions.
The Firm is accredited by the British Institute of Inn-keeping to run courses for candidates taking the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders and Designated Premises Supervisors.

The work involves:-
• New Licence Applications
• Developer's Provisional Applications
• Contested Hearings
• Staff Training Courses
• Variations to Existing Licences
• Challenging Reviews

Who we're looking for
• You will ideally be a mid-ranking associate who has long-term aspirations to partnership.
• You will have a proven track record in the licensing area and have experience within a strong legal private practice.
• You will be committed to Manchester and working within the city.
• You will be a corporate and commercially focussed individual who enjoys client facing and litigation.
