Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

You will be handling a full residential caseload in the Workington office of this multi-office Private Practice. The property team is continuing to develop and they have a strong base to push into the next 6-12 months from. You will be given a high level of autonomy whilst working within the remit of the larger property team. You will be head of residential conveyancing for this office overseeing a number of support staff.

Who we're looking for
• You will be a residential conveyancer of demonstrable experience.
• You will be keen to be in Cumbria.
• You will be organised, professional and have experience of stand alone positions.
• You will be a qualified solicitor who has a strong desire to practice residential conveyancing.
