This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join one of the leading teams in the country in this specialist field. My client is a major player in this market, on the panel of all the major banks and is continuing to make huge strides in dominating this area of law not only nationally but in the North of England. The vacancy has arisen due to continued expansion and the relocation of an associate for family reasons.
Who we're looking for
• You will be at least an associate in your current firm.
• Your background will be largely in restructuring and corporate insolvency with a heavy banking focus comfortable of handling both an Insolvency Act and Company's Act caseload.
• You will have ties to the North-West and ideally live here too. Bringing contacts and having the impetus to go out and get work is an absolute essential part of the role so an easy manner with clients combined with a strong corporate image is key.
• Genuine potential for partnership within an excellent team.
• This is an excellent opportunity and will provide the defining career move for the eventual incumbent.
