The HR Shared Services Manager will have responsibility for leading and developingthe centralised HR and Training Services department and people systems to provide the most efficient support services, process and systems. You will manage all stakeholder relationships and be responsible for actively promoting the services to the business and striving for continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for leading on transformation projects and also providing business improvement support directly to business wide change programmes
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for the following;
• MCIPD qualified.
• Significant experience as a HR generalist with current knowledge of employment law and best practice.
• Previous experience of managing and developing a large team, and processes within a shares services centralised environment
• Proven experience of leading large transformation projects
• A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills is required for this position
