MI Analyst

The MI Analyst will be responsible for the timely production, analysis and commentary of the reward and culture elements of the Life TCF MI framework, continued development of all measures to meet FSA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with key business contacts to source appropriate TCF MI.
• Develop and ensure the consistency and quality of MI production.
• Liaise with the Group HR TCF MI Team to ensure MI meets programme needs.
• Provide analysis and commentary on TCF MI and KPI's for Management Committee monthly report.
• Support the Workstream Leader to conduct gap analysis to identify themes and issues. Make recommendations for improvement and escalate to TCF Manager where appropriate.
• Work with TCF HR Champion to ensure the BP team are aware of implications for their business units and can support implementation as appropriate.
• Keep up to date with FSA regulations & developments.

Who we're looking for
The MI Analyst will demonstrate:
• Relevant working experience within an MI environment.
• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Ability to interrogate data and make pragmatic recommendations to Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus on priorities and deliverables, delivery to fixed dates and to work under pressure.
• Pragmatic, able to balance the need for process rigour with MI/HR specific needs.
• Good analytical reasoning and numeracy skills.
• A working knowledge of HR strategies, operating environments, policies and practices is preferable, but not essential.
• Basic awareness of the financial services, and FSA regulatory requirement especially TCF.
